Support in chat: Your coach will be available via chat throughout the coaching session. You can ask questions and get support at any time.
Weekly Report: Once a week, you will receive a weekly report that goes through:
Exercises and Performances, Diet and Nutrition, Body Measurements and Progress, and Possible Challenges.
Monthly meeting: Teams meeting (duration 30min). In the meeting, progress is reviewed and changes are made to continue.

Personal control means a workout carried out together with Paavo at More Gym & FITnE gym in Juvanmalmi, Espoo or in Tapanila, Helsinki. You can also get the full coaching package if you want to.
Yes. The minimum commitment is 3 months. This is because we have time to get visible results from coaching.
Live tutoring, or real world coaching, is a success. At the moment, only SpongeBob is doing the directing.
