Namely, this six-week prioritization program focuses comprehensively on the development of the back muscles through a varied and effective workout. The program has taken into account all the different parts of the back muscles. However, other muscle groups are involved in the program at least sustainably. During training sessions, combined and isolating movements, different angles, volumes, progressive loading and special techniques are used. This ensures that the back muscles receive a diverse stimulus from different angles and with varying loads. This way muscle growth and strength development do not stop and each workout takes you one step closer to the back of your dreams.

The program takes into account all the muscles of the back:

Broad back muscles (Latissimus Dorsi): These muscles give your back that broad, V-shaped shape. Pulling movements such as pull-ups and latissimus dorsi pull-ups help develop these muscles.

Muscles of the upper back (Trapézius and Rhomboideus): These muscles give your upper back thickness and support your shoulders. Upper waist pull-ups and rowing movements are great for exercising these muscles.

Muscles of the lower back (Erector Spinae): These muscles support your spine and help keep you straight.

Hind Shoulders (Posterior Deltoids): Although they are often considered part of the shoulder blades, the back shoulders work together with the back muscles in pulling movements. Rowing movements are important in the development of these muscles.

Muscles of the pelvic region (Teres Major and Minor, Infraspinatus): These muscles help move and stabilize the shoulders. Various rowing movements help in the development of these muscles.

What is the difference between Ultimate and Extreme

Extreme is more challenging than Ultimate. Both programs are so-called prioritization programs, in which a specific muscle group is invested. Extreme programs usually have one more workout than Ultimate programs. Therefore, we recommend Extreme programs for more experienced hobbyists.

How does the Step2Fit app work?

The application is very easy to use. As coaches, we give you access to get there. The app makes keeping track of workouts, diets and results very easy.

Can I run the prep program correctly?

I'm sure you can. Each program contains clear instructions with motion videos and images.

Do programs get downloaded/printed?

Yes you will. The materials of each program are available for download in pdf format.

Can anyone buy the program?

Of course it can. We have a wide range of programs for both the beginner and the more experienced. Everyone always runs programs at their own risk.

Are there ongoing expenses in the program?

It's not. Almost all prepaid programs are currently single-charge and only in-person online coaching and BASIC prep programs are on a continuous monthly fee basis.
