Extreme PLP is a 12-week intensive and challenging gym program divided into eight cycles, followed by a guided lightening session. This program is designed for serious exercisers who are thirsty for development. The program utilizes progressive progression to ensure continuous development and contribute to achieving results in muscle growth and strength gain. The training program focuses on the balanced development of the whole body with each round. Rotations consist of six exercises. Exercises are divided into pulling movements (Pull), leg movements (Legs) and pushing movements (Push).
When you purchase the program, you get access to the mobile app for 15 weeks, which includes training program instructions, motion videos and pictures. In the app, you can track your progress, mark serial weights and keep track of your workouts. The application also has all the materials available for download in pdf format.
