THE PROGRAM LASTS 5 WEEKS AND INCLUDES THREE DIFFERENT GYM WORKOUTS PER WEEK: EACH WORKOUT INCLUDES AN INITIAL WARM-UP, MOVEMENTS FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER BODY, FINAL COOLING/STRETCHING. THIS ENSURES A VERSATILE, EFFECTIVE AND ESPECIALLY SENIOR TRAINING PROGRAM. AFTER THE PROGRAM, IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A LIGHTENING WEEK. AFTER A WEEK OF LIGHTENING, THE PROGRAM CAN BE REPEATED.
When you purchase the program, you get access to the mobile app for 8 weeks, which includes training program instructions, motion videos and pictures. In the app, you can track your progress, mark serial weights and keep track of your workouts. The application also has all the materials available for download in pdf format.
