Week 7 of the program is a lightening week: A separate program has been prepared for the week of weight, which AIMS TO RESTORE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM FROM HEAVY WORKOUTS AND ENABLE THE APPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRAINING AND REST, THUS ENSURING THE BODY IS READY FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGES.
During training sessions, different angles, volumes, progressive loads and special techniques are used.
