This 12-week program is designed to help you achieve peak performance and spectacular physique, as well as develop a versatile athleticism. The Ultimate Athlete program offers a comprehensive approach that combines gym training, functional training, basic fitness training, mobility and body care.

The Ultimate Athlete training program is suitable for trainers of all levels. All exercises can be adapted to your individual fitness level, so the program is suitable for both beginners and more experienced trainers.

When you purchase the program, you get access to a 15-week mobile app that includes training program instructions, motion videos and pictures. In the app, you can track your progress, mark series weights and keep track of your workouts. The application also has all the materials available for download in pdf format.

The program includes

4 workouts per week: Two gym workouts, a functional workout and a basic fitness workout

1 body care/mobility exercise: To improve body care and mobility

Gym Workout

The program includes two different gym programs. These exercises focus on increasing muscle strength and mass, using versatile movements, special techniques and progressively increasing loads.

Functional training

Constantly changing functional workouts keep the training interesting and challenging. These exercises develop speed, endurance, agility and explosiveness, helping you develop into a more versatile athlete.

Basic fitness training

An upward-led basic fitness training in the form of jogging improves your endurance. The runs are performed according to your own fitness level.

Mobility and body care

The program includes transformative mobility and body care exercise to help keep your body flexible and ready for new challenges.

Planned reduction weeks

The Ultimate Athlete program also includes carefully planned weight loss weeks that allow the body to recover and prepare it for the next intense workouts

The application is very easy to use. As coaches, we give you access to get there. The app makes keeping track of workouts, diets and results very easy.

Can I run the prep program correctly?

I'm sure you can. Each program contains clear instructions with motion videos and images.

Do programs get downloaded/printed?

Yes you will. The materials of each program are available for download in pdf format.

Can anyone buy the program?

Of course it can. We have a wide range of programs for both the beginner and the more experienced. Everyone always runs programs at their own risk.

Are there ongoing expenses in the program?

It's not. Almost all prepaid programs are currently single-charge and only in-person online coaching and BASIC prep programs are on a continuous monthly fee basis.

Payment methods and exercise vouchers?

The programs are purchased through the Step2Fit store and there the payment broker Paytrail operates.
