The Ultimate Upper/Lower Split is a six-week, versatile and effective workout program designed to help you achieve a balanced and powerful body. In the program, workouts are divided into upper and lower body exercises, which allows comprehensive muscle development and optimal recovery. In the program, the workouts are divided into four days a week, offering two different workouts for both the upper and lower body.
During training sessions, combined and isolating movements, different angles, volumes, progressive loading and special techniques are used. This ensures that the whole body receives a varied stimulus from different angles and with varying loads.
The sixth week of the programme is a reduction week for which a separate programme has been drawn up. The purpose of the Weight Week is to restore the nervous system from heavy workouts and to enable the appropriate relationship between training and rest, thus ensuring the body is ready for the next challenges. The program can be completed again after a week of lightening.
In addition, you will have access to a mobile application for 8 weeks, which includes a training program, commercial bank photos and videos, and a nutrition program. In the app, you can track your progress, mark serial weights and keep track of morning weights as well as waist circumference.
