The Ultimate Athlete training program is suitable for trainers of all levels. All exercises can be adapted to your individual fitness level, so the program is suitable for both beginners and more experienced trainers.
When you purchase the program, you get access to a 15-week mobile app that includes training program instructions, motion videos and pictures. In the app, you can track your progress, mark series weights and keep track of your workouts. The application also has all the materials available for download in pdf format.
The program includes
4 workouts per week: Two gym workouts, a functional workout and a basic fitness workout

The program includes two different gym programs. These exercises focus on increasing muscle strength and mass, using versatile movements, special techniques and progressively increasing loads.
