Ultimate PLP is a 12-week gym program divided into two 5-week cycles followed by a guided weight loss week. This program is designed to suit everyone, but it is especially effective for those who want to challenge themselves and achieve tangible results. The program utilizes progressive progression to ensure continuous development and contribute to achieving results in muscle growth and strength gain. The training program focuses on the balanced development of the whole body with three workouts per week. Exercises are divided into pulling movements (Pull), leg movements (Legs) and pushing movements (Push).
When you purchase the program, you get access to the mobile app for 15 weeks, which includes training program instructions, motion videos and pictures. In the app, you can track your progress, mark serial weights and keep track of your workouts. The application also has all the materials available for download in pdf format.

Extreme is more challenging than Ultimate. Both programs are so-called prioritization programs, in which a specific muscle group is invested. Extreme programs usually have one more workout than Ultimate programs. Therefore, we recommend Extreme programs for more experienced hobbyists.
The application is very easy to use. As coaches, we give you access to get there. The app makes keeping track of workouts, diets and results very easy.
