I've been training with Paul for about a year now. I wanted a guy who “forces” to do those last reps and go into the discomfort zone. Although I already have some background in strength training, I have learned new ways to work out, and new moves /methods/ combinations come in periodically. The training has been varied. SpongeBob has heeded my wishes and there is always a good way to go in training. As a coach, Paavo is determined, attentive and supportive. I've been very pleased.
